Returns and refunds

Stocked products. If a stocked product bought online arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photographs within a reasonable time of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Consumers buying online in the UK may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; business purchases are made under the terms agreed in the order confirmation.

Bespoke and quotation products. Products made to your specification cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.

How to start a return. Email us with the order number and the reason for the return. Do not send goods back until a return has been agreed.
