Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made through this online store and to quotations requested through it.

Online orders. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Prices shown at checkout include VAT where applicable; delivery charges are shown before payment.

Quotations. Quotation requests, configurator submissions and contact enquiries do not create an order. Any quotation we send states its own validity period and terms.

Product information. Specifications are provided in good faith from manufacturer information. Dimensions, load ratings and certifications for bespoke products are confirmed in the quotation.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
