Products are made to order. Lead times, delivery and installation by Cross-Guard's specialist team are confirmed with your quotation.
Delivery arrangements depend on whether you are buying a stocked product online or ordering a bespoke product on quotation.
Stocked products
Delivery options and charges for products bought through the online checkout are calculated and shown at checkout before payment, based on the delivery address.
Bespoke and quotation products
Caging, containment, grilles and made-to-order racks are manufactured to your specification. Lead times, delivery and installation are confirmed in the quotation for each project.
Site access
Please tell us about delivery route restrictions such as lift sizes, door heights, loading bays and parking when you order or request a quotation, so deliveries and installations can be planned correctly.

Stocked products
If a stocked product bought online arrives damaged or faulty, contact the team with your order number and photographs within a reasonable time of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Consumers buying online in the UK may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; business purchases are made under the terms agreed in the order confirmation.
Bespoke and quotation products
Products made to your specification cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.
How to start a return
Email the team with the order number and the reason for the return. Do not send goods back until a return has been agreed.
About Solargenic Hot Aisle Containment
Description
Solargenic hot aisle containment keeps hot exhaust air from the racks within the aisle and ducts it back to the cooling units, letting the rest of the room act as a reservoir of cold air. Systems are bespoke-designed and manufactured to fit any server cabinet.
- Connexions secure doors: sliding or hinged, self-closing, with electromagnetic or key locks and polycarbonate vision panels
- Bi-sliding light doors with speed control and soft close
- Above-cabinet panels in framed polycarbonate, solid steel or PVC curtain
- Collapsible roof with 58 °C fusible link for sprinkler or gas suppression
- Active roof panels that open on integration with a fire system
- Retrofit to existing cabinets, including in-row cooling layouts
